1. Most rooms will have 2 double beds which would accommodate up to
4 people.
*An additional roll-in bed is available for 5th person based on
availability and at an additional cost of $50.
2. Registrants are responsible for selecting their own roommates.
3. Completed registration forms with 50% of the total payment must
be received by April 30, 2011 for early registration.
4. Late registration by May 31, 2011. Final payment must be received
at the Diocesan Office by June 15, 2011.
5. All Children under the age of 5 are free but need to be listed.
No last minute walk-ins are allowed.
6. All convention registrants are requested to purchase the 2011
Convention T-shirt ($10) to support our youth.
