Registering to Attend the Convention

Registration Fee Includes Admission to all sessions of the convention, Hotel Accommodations and Food. The transportation committee will also assist you in your transportation from Newark Liberty Airport to the Convention Center or to the Convention Hotels, provided prior arrangements are made with them. Please note that the pick up or drop off from/to the airport will only available on certain days/times; it has to be pre arranged with the Transportation Committee. Sorry, we cannot provide transportation from the other airports in New York/New Jersey area.

The hotel rooms are going fast. So, register today to be assured of a seat at the convention.

Doubletree Hotel is sold out. The Holiday Inn Resort is nearly sold out. We have reserved a block of rooms in Crowne Plaza Hotel. Please register today and don't be left out from this historical event. Rooms are assigned first come, first served basis when you pay your registration fees in full.

Other Information:

1. Some rooms have 2 double beds which would accommodate up to 4 people. Additional roll-in bed is available for 5th
person based on availability. Some rooms have a King Sized bed that will accommodate 2 persons. (Perhaps, a roll in bed can accommodate a third person depending on availability in this case.)

2. Registrants are responsible for selecting their own roommates.

3. Registration fee for persons 6 years or older are as follows: (subject to room availability. Reservation may close earlier if we cannot secure additional rooms.)

4. Completed registration forms with full payment must be received immediately.

5. All Children under the age of 6 are admitted free. Full payment must be received immediately to hold your reservation.

6. Late Registration: Late registration deadline is April 30, 2010. Rooms Are Subject To Availability.

7. Please make checks payable to the “Malankara Archdiocese of the Syrian Orthodox Church”.
