Electronic Registration: Transportation Requirements

TRANSPORTATION GUIDELINES 2010

This committee will work in compliance with the following guidelines:

• For those who are flying, pick up and drop off service will only be available to and from Newark Liberty International Airport, Newark, New Jersey. For those traveling via ground transportation, Newark Penn Station and the Edison station will be the only areas where this service will be provided.

• For those who wish to make use of this service must let the committee know their arrival and departure times, flight number, etc. on or before July 1, 2010.

• Pick up service will only be available on Thursday, July 22, 2010 from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM EST. Absolutely no pick up service is available after 6:30 PM EST.

. For late comers, we have made arrangements with local taxi cab companies to pick up guests from the airport. We ensure our guests safety, but the guests are responsible for the taxi fare, not the Diocese. We will provide the contact information after you communicate with the committee.

. St. George MSO church, Carteret will be the command center and temporary lodging center, if necessary, for the first day of operation.

• Departure service will be available on Sunday, July 25, 2010 from 1:30 PM to 6:30 PM EST. Absolutely no departure service is available after 6:30 PM EST.

• For assistance, the responsible persons should be contacted.

• All guests must follow the guidelines of the bus company.

• This is a free service provided by our Arch Diocese, so keep in mind that this service is a privilege to its members and not a right.

• All guests must cooperate with the volunteers who will assist them.

. Any questions, comments, concerns, problems, or relevant matter should be addressed to the coordinator, co-coordinators or any transportation committee member and will be answered accordingly. For more details please contact transportation committee.

Snacks and Food at New Jersey

1. Sandwiches, beverages/coffee will be available at Carteret church for a nominal price on July 22, 2010. PRIOR REQUEST IS A MUST.

2. For those who need taxi service, please call Shaji @ (973)-941-3662. This service is available 24 hours.
